When our God created the world, He created for us a perfect world. The Bible lets us to know that when God looked at everything He has made, it was good. It was a good world that He created. He did not plan for a world full of evil.
Genesis 1:31 (KJV) And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Our God is a good God. A good God who is perfect in all His ways. He cannot be a good God and then wish that we experience evil things in the world. That will be opposite of His nature.
Why we have evil things happening everywhere is because of the devil. The devil is the initiator of evil. He is the one who starts evil works. He is the one who makes evil things happen. The world has evil spirits. These evil spirits influence people to do evil things in the world.
James 1:17 (KJV) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
Bro Eli Soriano has explained to us that it is not God who is doing the evil things which we are seeing. They are done by men. These are men in whom the devil has dominated their minds. The devil teaches these people to do evil.
