In our last topic Review on staying healthy biblical bro Eli Soriano taught us that sweating is a good way of saying healthy and it is also in God's will amd in this teaching I understand that exercise is another way of sweating and it's also a good way of staying healthy developing the habit of exercising everyday help make us fit and strong even the bible admonish us to exercise from 1 Timothy 1 vs 8 the bible said bodily exercise profits little but godly exercise is great gain so here it's also recognized in the bible the benefits of exercising and this little profit that exercise gives to us has a long way of keeping us in shape for a long while even in old age
Some of the profiting benefits of exercise are it's ability to strengthen our immune system also our metabolism from the research in the teaching we understand that exercise keeping the immune system functioning and also promotes the lasting system of the immune cells also involving in at least 30 minutes exercise a day has the ability to reduce premature death and the risk of developing some disease like heart attack strong cancer it helps reduce the level of fat in our body that might lead to obesity so everyone that desires to stay healthy both in the body and on the spirit must be involved in daily exercise
Spiritual exercise like giving to the needy and praying for others helps build our spiritual minds also the manner of which we eat is as well important as staying healthy bible said in Proverb 17:1 that a dry morsel eaten in a peaceful and quiet environment is much better than where there is plenty of food with strive in other words having peace of mind is also an important way of staying healthy so therefore it is of great importance and biblical to always exercise our body to sweat
