Hi there. In this travel post, our travel group spend one more full day in Meizhou, China. This is day 9 in this quieter smaller city in China.
Meizhou may be a small city in China but it has around 4 million people. This population is larger than some smaller countries in the world.
Lunch Photos
For lunch we try out this noodle place. I don't remember the name, sorry. Here are some pictures.
I think all of this food was 40 CNY. This comes to around 8 CAD. Very affordable for a traveller.

While heading back to the hotel in the afternoon we noticed this thing. It was some trolley delivery vehicle with the football player Messi on it. It was kind of random, haha.
Dimsum Dinner Photos
To celebrate out last full day in Meizhou, China, the family friends there treated us to Dimsum dinner. Dimsum features a variety of shareable dishes. Sizes can vary when it comes dimsum plates. Larger plates tend to be more expensive.

When I was younger I did not care so much for congee. As I am a little bit older, I do like congee as it is light and it tastes good when done well. I do recall have 2 rice bowls of congee here. This one was good.

This was the last full day in Meizhou, China. It was nice to spend time in China at a smaller city and not in a megacity. Even though there is a slower pace of life in Meizhou, there is still a lot of interesting things to see, do and try.
