Yes another way of seeing this work. Nice thought.
The park on the left side where the bridge starts has a promenade / walk and cycle way that goes far under the bridge and first arch… from this point you can see it. So no boat 🚤 involved. Hula did paint it on his paddle board 🏄🏻‍♂️
