Waooo how interesting this tradition my friend. In my country Venezuela especially in the state of Sucre in the city of Cumaná we are blessed to have sardines in abundance daily. And roasted they are a delight, but in seasoned and breaded layers fried with salad and arepas is a dish that here die to enjoy. As we say here. Excellent content, I loved reading it

True, in the coastal areas of Venezuela we have a lot of sardines, although in the center of the country where I live, they don't sell them all year round because there is a closed season. I like them very much, especially fried, I'm glad you liked my post, thanks for appreciating! 😊
