Dรญa 11 de seguir comiendo deliciosas preparaciones para llegar a nuestro peso ideal y conociendo como alimentarme mejor hoy estuvo con un poco decaรญdo para mi por eso verรกn un postre en este dรญa.

๐Ÿ’š 09:00am Jugo verde ๐Ÿ’š (Chayote, limรณn ๐Ÿ‹โ€๐ŸŸฉ y kiwi ๐Ÿฅ)

๐Ÿ’š 10:30pm Desayune huevos๐Ÿฅš revueltos con jamรณn serrano.

๐Ÿ’š 01:00pm Almorcรฉ sopita de huevos ๐Ÿฅš con papa y zanahoria.

๐Ÿ’š 04:00pm Merendรฉ un helado de yogurt y maracuyรก con perlas de lyche.

๐Ÿ’š 06:00pm Cene carne con ensalada de pepino๐Ÿฅ’, tomate ๐Ÿ… y aguacate ๐Ÿฅ‘.

El menรบ me gusto mucho, siento estuvo todo bien equilibrado, el jugo estaba bastante refrescante, el jamรณn serrano me encanta lo amooo โค๏ธ, la sopa fue un abrazo a mi alma, el postre endulzo un poco mi dรญa y la cena la carne estaba como me gusta jugosa y la ensalada divina el pepino rallado junto al limรณn y los demรกs ingredientes ufff deliciosa.

Cuenten que les pareciรณ este dรญa de comidas amigos?
A mi me encanto este menรบ de este dรญa estaba delicioso.

Tambiรฉn tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueรฑo y mejorar la digestiรณn.

Day 11 of continuing to eat delicious meals to reach our ideal weight and learning how to eat better. Today was a bit down for me, so you'll see a dessert today.

I'm continuing to share my Food Diary with you:
To motivate myself to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal.

My Day 10 Food Diary looked like this:

๐Ÿ’š 9:00 a.m. Green juice ๐Ÿ’š (Chayote, lemon ๐Ÿ‹โ€๐ŸŸฉ, and kiwi ๐Ÿฅ)

๐Ÿ’š 10:30 p.m. I had scrambled eggs with Serrano ham for breakfast.

๐Ÿ’š 1:00 pm I had egg soup ๐Ÿฅš with potatoes and carrots for lunch.

๐Ÿ’š 4:00 pm I had yogurt and passion fruit ice cream with lychee pearls for a snack.

๐Ÿ’š 6:00 pm I had steak for dinner with a cucumber ๐Ÿฅ’, tomato ๐Ÿ…, and avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ salad.

I really liked the menu; everything felt well-balanced. The juice was quite refreshing, I love the Serrano ham, I love it โค๏ธ. The soup was a hug for my soul. The dessert sweetened my day a bit. And for dinner, the steak was just the way I like itโ€”juicyโ€”and the salad was divine. The grated cucumber, along with the lemon and the other ingredients were delicious.

I also took my magnesium citrate, vitamins, friends. They help me sleep and improve my digestion.
