A mi me encanto este menú de este día estaba delicioso me acompañan?

Día 12 sigo compartiendo con ustedes Mi Diario de Comida:
Para motivarme compartiendo con ustedes en comer sano, en no perder mi enfoque, en ser CONSTANTE y responsable con mi meta a futuro. Este fue un dia maravilloso de delicias que me mantuvieron saciada y mi estomago feliz amigos.

Mi Diario de Comida Día 12 estuvo así:

❤️ 09:00am Jugo verde 💚 (Chayote, limón🍋)

❤️ 10:30pm Comi unas fresas 🍓

❤️ 01:00pm Almorcé sopita de res 🍲.

❤️ 04:00pm Merendé yogurt griego con arandanos 🫐.

❤️ 06:00pm Cene una ensalda de pollo con un te de piña 🍍.

Este menu me encanto el jugo estaba muy refrescante y de sabor suave amigos, las fresas jugosas y de sabor delicioso, la sopa de res fue mi comida favorita esta espesa y de unsabor exquisito me fascino amigos, la merienda estuvo cremosa y de sabor citríco suave me encanatan los arandanos y con el yogurt van muy bien, finalice mis comidas con una cremosa ensalda de pollo con zanahoria y papa junto con un te 🫖 de piña que tenia u olor que me enamoro y calmo mi dia amigos.

Cuenten que les pareció este día de comidas amigos?

También tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueño y mejorar la digestión.

Day 12, I continue to share my Food Diary with you:
To motivate myself by sharing with you to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal. This was a wonderful day of deliciousness that kept me satiated and my stomach happy, friends.

If many can do it, so can I 🤗

My Day 12 Food Diary looked like this:

❤️ 9:00 a.m. Green juice 💚 (Chayote, lemon 🍋)

❤️ 10:30 p.m. I ate some strawberries 🍓

❤️ 1:00 p.m. I had beef soup for lunch 🍲.

❤️ 4:00 pm I had a snack of Greek yogurt with blueberries 🫐.

❤️ 6:00 pm I had a chicken salad with pineapple tea 🍍.

I loved this menu. The juice was very refreshing and smooth, friends. The strawberries were juicy and delicious. The beef soup was my favorite. It's thick and exquisite, I loved it, friends. The snack was creamy and had a mild citrus flavor. I love blueberries, and they go really well with yogurt. I finished my meal with a creamy chicken salad with carrots and potatoes, along with pineapple tea 🫖, which had a scent that made me fall in love and calmed my day.

I also took my magnesium citrate and vitamins, friends. They help me sleep and improve digestion.
