








Sábado y seguimos enfocada en una meta, hoy si dormimos hasta un poco mas tarde amigos para descansar mas la culpa, la mente y el alma.
Buenas tardes a todos los #hivealover espero estén teniendo un excelente fin de semana ya sea trabajando, descansando o organizando la casa aprovechando el día libre de trabajo.
Sigo compartiendo con ustedes Mi Diario de Comida:
Para motivarme compartiendo con ustedes en comer sano, en no perder mi enfoque, en ser CONSTANTE y responsable con mi meta a futuro.

Mi Diario de Comida Día 2 estuvo así:
09:00am Te de flor de jamaica 🫖
09:30am Desayune huevos revueltos con vegetales y aguacate
01:00pm Almorcé costillas sudadas con calabacín al vapor.
04:00pm jugo verde de pepino, manzana verde y chayote.
06:30pm Cene una totilla de quinoa rellena de pollo, repollo morado , aderezo de yogurt griego, mostaza y sal.
Comencé a tomar después la cena nitrato de magnesio para que ayude a regular muchas funciones de mi cuerpo, también a relajar y poder a conciliar mejor el sueño .

Saturday, and we're still focused on a goal. Today we slept in a little later, friends, to rest our guilt, mind, and soul more.
Good afternoon to all the #hivealovers, I hope you're having a great weekend, whether working, resting, or organizing the house and taking advantage of the day off from work.
I'm continuing to share my Food Diary with you:
To motivate myself by sharing with you to eat healthy, to stay focused, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal.
If many can do it, so can I 🤗
My Food Diary Day 2 looked like this:
9:00 a.m. Hibiscus tea 🫖
9:30 a.m. I had scrambled eggs with vegetables and avocado for breakfast.
1:00 p.m. I had sweaty ribs with steamed zucchini for lunch.
4:00 p.m. Green juice with cucumber, green apple, and chayote.
6:30 p.m. I had a quinoa tortilla stuffed with chicken, red cabbage, and a Greek yogurt dressing with mustard and salt.
I started taking magnesium nitrate after dinner to help regulate many of my bodily functions, as well as to help me relax and sleep better.
