Currently I have really enjoyed working with Peruvian cuisine, in the last few months I have developed skills and learned things that I never imagined I could one day be doing in a professional kitchen. In skateboarding, we keep skating weekly to keep the skateboard in shape, currently here in São Paulo it's winter and there have been some cold days here, but nothing that a good skateboarding session can't fix!!

Atualmente tenho gostado muito de trabalhar com a culinaria Peruana, nos ultimos meses desenvolvi habilidades e aprendi coisas que nunca havia imaginado que um dia pudesse estar exercendo esta funcao em uma cozinha profissional. No skate nos mamtemos andando semanalmente para manter o skate nos pes , atualmente aqui em sp e inverno e tem feitos alguns dias frios aqui , mas nada que uma boa sessao de skate nao ajude !!
