
I skipped the lunchbreak yoga class as I'm telling myself to work my way up starting with 1 class in the 1st week and 2 in the 2nd as I do plan to join today. Instead I had some productivity while I also watched to last episode of Silo Season 2 and the first Episode of Serverance Season 2 followed by a visit to get a haircut. After that I spent kitchen time and I ended up with some more productivity and watching the football match.
I'm still eating healthy but at the same time need to lower my portions a bit to see more weight loss.
Food Diary I ate some rice crackers with Almond Nut Butter and mainly made vegetable pasta with Onion, Garlic, Broccoli, Edame Beans, Green Peas, and spring onion in a coconut milk sauce adding some Red lentil Pasta to it. So all healthy things. I did eat 2 portions and have 3 left for the coming 3 days.
