Day 2508 | Moring Yoga & Veggie Pasta

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was an ok day and I seem to have more or less solved my wake-up time by joining and enjoying morning hot yoga classes. However, they tend to be followed by more laziness than productivity and I ended up in my coach most of the afternoon watching some Tennis. I also warmed up my last batch of green vegetable sauce that I used to make lasagna and combined it with some lentile pasta for what I aimed to be my only meal of the day. However, some urges later had me go out and buy some chicken sausages and some candy late in the evening to eat in front of my tv. I did have a minimum of productivity getting done what I wanted to do but nothing more.

The limited weight loss so far has been the main frustration even though I got my 73kg down to 70.8 which now bumped back up to 71.4 so I will have to do some fasting days and just eat less overall.

New Day Goals: I plan to go back swimming on Tuesday and also go for a dog walk getting in some activity that way while I aim again to just stick to 1 meal on the day along with maybe a banana in the morning.
