Today on this day I come to share with you what was a very fun day for me for a nephew of mine since I have a very dear sister-in-law and she invited me to her house to taste a dish that she had made in which I immediately told her that yes I would be there, so when I left I went immediately to her house to help her in the chore of the meal.
When I arrived I found that she had almost everything prepared, what were the contours of the dish and she had left me to prepare the fish cracklings, we seasoned it with garlic, salt, pepper and oregano, then we sprinkled it with wheat flour and I began to fry it.
Hoy en este día vengo a compartir con ustedes lo que fue un día muy divertido para mi por un sobrino mío ya que tengo una cuñada muy querida y ella me invito a su casa a degustar un platillo que había hecho en el cual inmediatamente le dije que si estaría ahí, así que cuando salí me fui inmediatamente a su casa a ayudarla en la faena de la comida.
Cuando llegué me encontré con que ella tenía casi todo preparado, lo que eran los contornos del plato y me había dejado para que preparara los chicharrones de pescado, lo sazonamos con ajo, sal, pimienta y orégano, luego lo espolvoreamos con harina de trigo y me puse a freírlo.
Once it was ready, my sister-in-law began to serve the dish distributed with fish cracklings, fried cheese, green plantain patacones and a basket of plantain stuffed with salad, everything would be today’s lunch.
Here I share with you the picture of the dish that was my invitation lunch from my sister-in-law, who by the way didn’t even want to have her picture taken hahaha; but one of her sons did, since he is a very extroverted and special boy.
Una vez listo, mi cuñada comenzó a servir el plato distribuido con chicharrones de pescado, queso frito, patacones de plátano verde y una canasta de plátano relleno con ensalada, todo sería el almuerzo de hoy.
Aquí les comparto la foto del plato que fue mi almuerzo de invitación por parte de mi cuñada, quien por cierto no quiso ni tomarse la foto jajaja; pero uno de sus hijos sí, ya que es un niño muy extrovertido y especial.
