Hoy fue un día muy divertido y maravilloso, salimos a visitar a varios familiares y entre ellos estaba mi prima y su familia quienes nos invitaron a ir a su casa. Una vez allí ella decidió inventar algo para cenar, fue entonces cuando nos dispusimos a degustar una deliciosa hamburguesa ya que teníamos la mayoría de los ingredientes disponibles, así que nos pusimos manos a la obra para disfrutar de esta rica tarde de hamburguesa.
Después de haber reunido todos los ingredientes nos pusimos manos a la obra para preparar todos los ingredientes que se utilizarán en estas deliciosas hamburguesas que quedarán llenas y exquisitas.
Today was a very fun and wonderful day, we went out to visit several relatives and among them was my cousin and her family who invited us to go to their house. Once there she decided to invent something for dinner, that’s when we set out to taste a delicious hamburger since we had most of the ingredients available, so we got down to work to enjoy this nice hamburger afternoon.
After having gathered all the ingredients we set out to prepare all the ingredients that will be used in these delicious burgers that will be full and exquisite.

Pan de hamburguesa 500gr de carne picada 300gr de jamón york 300gr de queso mozzarella 4 huevos 3 tomates 1 lechuga.

Primero sazonaré la carne molida con una mezcla hecha de ajo y cebolla, luego le agregaré los condicionos adicionales. Luego la amasaré para integrarlos y después tomaré una pequeña cantidad para formar una bola que aplanaré y dejaré reposar por unos minutos.

Una vez que todo esté listo, comenzaré a freír la carne molida en forma circular y le daremos la vuelta y la colocaremos dentro del pan ya picado, pondré la rebanada de queso mozzarella, la lechuga, el jamón, los huevos; y por último verteré las salsas como ketchup, mayonesa y mostaza.
