Today I woke up with more spirit than usual (laughs) and it is already Friday, maybe I will go out to visit my brother or have a drink, today my mother cooked us something very delicious and improvised, while I was working on my computer I found out that she made a Lomo saltado, and it was a surprise indeed. The fact is that we had at home some of the ingredients and there were few things missing, not to say that almost nothing.
The fact is that it was made and of course it is a version of the Peruvian lomo saltado, but it was divine, plus when a mother cooks everything for you it is even tastier, we had lunch as a family and we were grateful to God for the moment and the opportunity to be together and in good health. I don't know what this weekend holds, what I do know is that my loved one has work to do with his truck, and I will probably go out to visit some relatives and an aunt who came from Colombia and was far away some time ago.
By the way, I am not waiting for the day when the truck will be ready to go to the beach, even though we have an extra car we don't like to use it for long trips, I already have a beach bath and the desire to show you the beautiful nature because this time I really want to go to a different beach in the country.
