Saludos y bendiciones, mis queridos amigos de @life6, un gusto saludarlos. Espero que estén disfrutando de este fin de semana, por aquí empezó muy movido, ya que hoy estuvimos celebrando el sábado familiar en el colegio de mis princesas. Se realizó una vendimia para la recolección de fondos para mejorar el colegio y así muchas otras cosas que luego les estaré contando.
Mientras tanto quiero compartirles de esta pequeña anécdota de este jueves pasado donde fui de visita a mi propia clase y ustedes dirán: ¿Cómo es esto? Bueno, resulta que esta semana no pude ir a mis clases de cocina, puesto que trabajaría toda la semana en la oficina, ya que tenemos un trabajo arduo por hacer.
Pero justamente el jueves se suspendió la jornada laboral porque se estaría realizando otra actividad de la que no me gustaría ni siquiera hablar, pero tenía que ir, así que aproveché de ir de visita a mi clase, puesto que este día estarían envasando un vino de cáscaras de cacao que estuvimos realizando la semana antes pasada y no podía dejar de retirar lo que me correspondía.
Aprovechamos de brindar por nuestra salud y probar un poco este vino que para mi gusto esta vez quedó un poco más dulce y menos concentrado de licor, seguramente estará más sabroso, puesto que no soy de estar tomando licor, pero sí me gustan estas bebidas dulces
Por otro lado, este día mis compañeros estaban realizando un rico quesillo de coco, por lo menos medio tiempo ver toda la preparación, pero yo no llevé ingredientes, porque no iba a la clase y tampoco me daba tiempo esperar que estuviera listo, por lo menos nos tomamos algunas fotos que hoy les comparto a través de @liketu.

It started off very busy here, as today we celebrated Family Saturday at my princesses' school. There was a harvest festival to raise funds to improve the school and many other things that I will tell you about later.
In the meantime, I want to share this little anecdote from last Thursday, when I visited my own class, and you might ask, "How is that possible?" Well, it turns out that this week I couldn't go to my cooking classes because I was working all week at the office, as we have a lot of hard work to do.
But on Thursday, the workday was suspended because there was another activity that I don't even want to talk about, but I had to go, so I took the opportunity to visit my class, since on that day they would be bottling a wine made from cocoa shells that we had been making the previous week, and I couldn't miss out on getting my share.
We took the opportunity to toast our health and taste a little of this wine, which, to my taste, was a little sweeter and less concentrated in liquor this time. It will surely be tastier, since I am not a liquor drinker, but I do like these sweet drinks.
On the other hand, that day my classmates were preparing a delicious coconut quesillo. I saw at least half of the process, but I didn't bring any ingredients because I wasn't going to class and I didn't have time to wait for it to be ready. At least we took some photos that I'm sharing with you today via @liketu.
