Yesterday I went to dinner with a co-worker to a Chinese food place in Limache and we fell in love with the food. The place is simple, but it has that Chinese touch with its decoration.
He ordered Mongolian beef and I went for a chicken in pineapple sauce... and wow! Everything was spectacular. The flavors were super well achieved, nothing overdone and with that perfect balance between sweet and salty.
In addition, the portions were generous, in fact I had enough for lunch today and the service was very friendly. One of those places that are not very famous but that surprise you from the first bite. We are already planning to go back because we wanted to try more things from the menu.
Definitely a hidden gem in Limache.

Ayer fui a cenar con un compañero de trabajo a un local de comida china en Limache y quedamos enamorados de la comida. El lugar es sencillo, pero tiene ese toque chino con su decoración.
Él pidió carne mongoliana y yo me fui por un pollo en salsa de piña… ¡y wow! Todo estaba espectacular. Los sabores estaban súper bien logrados, nada recargados y con ese equilibrio perfecto entre dulce y salado.
Además, las porciones eran generosas, de hecho me quedó para el almuerzo de hoy y la atención muy amable. De esos lugares que no tienen mucha fama pero que te sorprenden desde el primer bocado. Ya estamos planeando volver porque nos quedamos con ganas de probar más cosas del menú.
Definitivamente una joyita escondida en Limache.
Si andan por la zona y les gusta la comida china, no se lo pierdan.
