The first restaurant I met when I arrived in Medellin was Parmessano, I have visited it several times because absolutely everything they sell is delicious, they also have excellent wifi connection to telework and the atmosphere is quite quiet. It is a franchise so there are several locations throughout the city.
This time I did not go to enjoy their facilities because the idea was to rest a little at home, taking advantage of the holiday, however it seemed an excellent opportunity to order something from their menu that I had long wanted to try, a mixed dish that includes pasta, protein and salad.
There are different types of pasta that you can choose to combine, I went for penne with white sauce and bacon accompanied by chicken cordon bleu and penne with cheese sauce and garlic shrimp accompanied by steak.
Although the experience is always better at the restaurant, I was very happy with my choice, perfect for a Kings Day. El primer restaurante que conocí al llegar a Medellín fue Parmessano, lo he visitado en varias oportunidades porque absolutamente todo lo que venden es delicioso, además cuentan con excelente conexión wifi para teletrabajar y el ambiente es bastante tranquilo. Es una franquicia así que hay varias sedes en toda la ciudad.
En esta ocasión no fui a disfrutar de sus instalaciones porque la idea era descansar un poco en casa, aprovechando el día feriado, sin embargo me pareció una excelente ocasión para pedir algo de su menú que tenía tiempo deseando probar, un plato mixto que incluye pasta proteína y ensalada.
Hay distintos tipos de pasta que puedes elegir para combinar, yo me fui por penne con salsa blanca y tocineta acompañado de cordon bleu de pollo y penne con salsa de queso y camarones al ajillo acompañados de bistec.
A pesar de que la experiencia siempre es mejor en el restaurante, quedé muy contenta con mi elección, perfecta para un día de reyes. Le doy 8 puntos porque tardaron aproximadamente 1 hora en venir debido a la alta demanda, aparentemente a todo el mundo se le ocurrió tomarse hoy un día de pinta 😂😂 ¿Ustedes como pasaron el día de Reyes?
