Greetings to all hivers. Celebrating Mother's Day as a family is a beautiful way to honor and thank moms for their love and dedication. This time my sister and I celebrated it, and of course our family.
We prepared a pernil to follow my parents' tradition for these special occasions and of course also to honor their memories. Apart from the pernil we prepared a delicious cabbage salad with carrots and some smashed potatoes and for dessert we made a drunken cake.
Everything was delicious and after lunch we went for a walk in San Pedro del Rio, a tourist town in my state.

Saludos a todos los hivers. Celebrar el Día de las Madres en familia es una hermosa manera de honrar y agradecer a las mamás por su amor y dedicación. En esta oportunidad lo celebramos mi hermana y yo, y por su puesto nuestra familia.
Preparamos un pernil para seguir la tradición de mis padres para estas ocasiones especiales y por su puesto tambien para honrar sus memorias. Aparte del pernil preparamos una rica ensalada de repollo con zanahoria y unas papas chorreadas y de postre una torta borracha.
Todo nos quedo muy delicioso y luego del almuerzo nos fuimos a dar un paseíto por San Pedro del Rio, un pueblo turístico de mi estado.
