The food fair and the closing ceremony for the project by students at the Liceo Nacional Pérez Jiménez was an enriching event that took place this morning. This event not only served to evaluate the students’ work but also provided a platform for them to showcase their creativity and culinary skills.
From early on, the atmosphere was filled with delicious aromas, with different stands offering a variety of dishes representative of diverse cultures and traditions. The students, organized into groups, presented their culinary creations, ranging from appetizers and main courses to desserts, each accompanied by a brief explanation of its origin and preparation. Visitors were able to sample these delicacies, fostering a very cheerful atmosphere.
In addition to the food fair, the event included a Stations of the Cross procession, symbolizing a journey of reflection and learning for the students. This procession was a moving representation that allowed participants to explore themes of personal growth, effort, and community. Through skits and storytelling, the students shared their experiences throughout the project, highlighting the challenges and achievements they had attained.

La feria gastronómica y el cierre del proyecto de los estudiantes del Liceo Nacional Pérez Jiménez fue una actividad enriquecedora que se llevó a cabo esta mañana. Este evento no solo sirvió para evaluar los trabajos realizados por los estudiantes, sino que también brindó una plataforma para que mostraran su creatividad y habilidades culinarias.
Desde temprano, el ambiente se llenó de aromas deliciosos, con diferentes stands que ofrecían una variedad de platillos representativos de diversas culturas y tradiciones. Los estudiantes, organizados en grupos, presentaron sus creaciones gastronómicas, que iban desde aperitivos y platos principales hasta postres, cada uno acompañado de una breve explicación sobre su origen y preparación.
