Hello everyone! It's a holiday for Thailand . Today's routine is pretty uneventful. The weather has been changing a lot lately, and it hasn't been great, so I haven't been going out for walks. Since I haven't been going out, I usually wake up late. After washing my face and brushing my teeth, I go for a black coffee.

Then I go to the gym. I alternate between different workouts to work out all parts of my body – it's basic training. I create my own schedule, but it's not really strict. I just decide which body parts I want to focus on that day, and if I have energy left, I'll work on other areas. I exercise alone regularly these days. I enjoy exercising; it makes me feel refreshed. On days I don't exercise, I feel a little unwell, but even a little bit of exercise is good.

After exercising, I cook dinner. Lately, I've been trying to focus on healthy food, emphasizing protein and lots of vegetables. Actually, my eating habits aren't that strict; it's pretty normal. Sometimes I want to focus on protein, but I can only do so to the point of meticulously measuring protein intake.

So, my meals are pretty relaxed, but I try to get most of my protein from eggs. When I cook, it's usually boiled eggs, not omelets or deep-fried eggs with oil. I use good quality oil like olive oil, which I sprinkle on food. Lately, I've also been focusing on eating black sesame seeds.

And this is my daily routine. I usually do this regularly. There's not much to it; I don't go out much, so I spend my time alone, eating delicious food, exercising, and listening to relaxing music. I hope everyone likes my post. Thank you for following. Have a great day!
