This was for real a perfect KISS in all senses, Super Ed
Raw egg in Korean food? I'm curious now jeje.
After this experience, I have to go back to try other dishes.

        Not sure if they still do the raw egg. I had to entertain a group of Chinese speaking engineers for 3 months not long after I started working, so often took them to Chinatown in London, there were a couple of Korean restaurants there. One popular dish was basically raw shredding beef with a raw egg cracked over it!
        Quite tasty after a couple of beers!
