It just about training your taste buds ;) It works with any food or drink, but then I have a "sensoric database," I am used to detect certain scents and flavours as they commonly appear in beer.
I guess it is from years of training tasting beer haha It's amazing, really. I don't think I can do that.
You can train on anything :) Starting with elementary flavours - like fruits and vegetables. You'd be surprised how many people cannot tell one fruit from another when blinded.
Well, I can identify some fruits and vegetables while drinking juice. I guess it's a good start 🤭
