Pretty cool the idea of the breweries using the local products collaborating with the local farmes of the region! A very nice contribute to put value in the region and locally.

Yes, it's cool when a brewery uses ingredients locally... In Quebec, hop cultivation is not very widespread, but I believe there are a few pioneers.

Well, one thing is for sure. Canada it is a great place to live and let live... I've always listened to that since my childhood. Who knows that if someday I can visit Quebec 😀
