Oh, I miss bamboo shoots 🤤. In our province we usually add this to our soups. We also call it labong in our local dialect

        Good to know that, sir @cli4d! I agree, making a soup of bamboo shoots is indeed yummy, especially when added with some leafy veggies. In our dialect, we call it dabong as well. 😅
