Hello everyone! It's my pleasure to be with you here again! I hope you are well s I am too.
Today I am going to share with you these delicious pancakes we once shared in the afternoon with my friends and family in Tabac's house in Mantibugao.
Tabac's sons are all aspiring amateur boxers and he asked me to train them and I did! I trained them foe free and they were very grateful. Perhaps they wanted to pay my generosity, they often invite us for snack and dinner on their place every once in a while just like what we did today but this one is special. There were no occasions, just a pure gathering for both of our families and some of the kids who are also into boxing and it was a wonderful time for us all.
To make this happen, my wife @yoieuqudniram, and Tabac's wife made the pancake, We brought the flour and baking powder as well as the milk and they volunteered to get the eggs to be mixed with the batter.
There was a little problem in firewood to cook the food but good thing Tabac's owns an electric pancake maker so it was easier for the women to make it.
As for me and the boys, we went to the coconut tree to get young coconuts from the tree, Bossing was in-charge for that; Nico and I opened it , extracted the coconut water, and grated the meat. Our job was to bring the coconut into the house and the women made it even more delicious by adding sugar, Orange drink, evaporated milk and ice.
Not long after the food was prepared, everybody was called to get inside the house and we shared the food. It was a merry gathering for all of us but yeah, the kids don't appreciate it yet, they are into their phones even on the dining table
These two girls did the same as well and they just can't let the phone go as if it were a part of their life.
My kids however is not into the phone this time because we only allow them a very little time for it.
My wife took a picture of me and my son when we were playing with animal posters and my son recognized the animal pictures even at his young age thanks to his sisters who helps us teach him random things thet they already know.
I hope I did not make you get hungry with the pictures of the pancakes I added to my blog.
