I don't know who is writing these but this is not the important part I believe. Because I know that if it is done by someone else, these kind of records, the family will start to think they are the one and only entitled ones. It is a national treasure rather than just one family.

But here is a spagetthi comparison again: Everybody knows Spagetthi Alfredo. Now imagine Alfredo's grandson was still making the same pasta somewhere in Rome, Italy, following his great grandfather's recipe, using the original local ingredients.

The creator of a dish that you classify as 'national treasure' deserves their own wiki-page, I think.
