Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes, hoy les traigo una rutina mas, como siempre con lo basico, facil de hacer y sin complicaciones!! En la actualidad hay muchos ejercicios extremadamente compuestos a mi parecer, que sin duda los hacen mas "complicados" sobretodo para quienes recien inician en este mundo. Asi que sin complicarse mucho, solo necesitan una mancuerna para meterle mas peso al asunto. ¿No tienen? No problem, un bolso lleno de libros y listo.
Vamos a realizar 4 rondas, descansando de 2 a 3 minutos entre cada una. Por supuesto la rutina va dirigida mayormente al tren inferior pero por ejemplo en el ultimo ejercicio sobretodo se involucran mas musculos, pero el foco en el tren inferior que sin duda lo sentiran jeje!! Espero les guste💪💪🔥
