Hola amigos de @fulldeportes feliz martes, espero la semana marche genial!! Por este lado gracias a Dios asi es, super activa, eso si. Variando un poco la parte de las maquinas como les dije antes porque no me quiero poner tan poderosa jajajaja y aun hay mucha grasa que sacar de este hermoso cuerpecito asi que estoy agregando mas cardio al final fe mis pesas!! Y la rutina que hice hoy sumado a los saltos de cuerda es esta que les comparto aca!!
Son 5 movimientos que vamos a hacer seguidos para luego descansar dos minutos y repetir la ronda 💪💪 espero que se animen a hacerla y mr cuentan que tal les parecio, mientras tanto me despido hasta la proxima rutina 🥰
