🍓Las fresas me ayudan a mi mucho son ricas en fibras, me ayudan a controlar los niveles de glucosa, ayudan a nuestro colon, me ayuda a conciliar el sueño, ademas es hidratante y baja en calorías, tiene efectos anti-envejecimiento como colágeno y juventud.

Lavar las fresas muy bien, quitar con ayuda de un cuchillo sus hojas, cortar a la mitad y reservar.

Tomaremos el vaso donde serviremos nuestra bebida colocaremos dos fresas y las hojas de menta, con ayuda de un molino lo vamos a triturar muy bien amigos.
