Hello, friends at Hive. This time, I made a nutritious juice, as I usually do to accompany my meals: a guava juice with cherry and papaya, an unusual but very effective combination. In addition to being full of antioxidants and nutrients, it is very flavorful and ideal for boosting our defenses. The recipe made four glasses. Here is how I prepared it.

Spanish:
200 grs de guayaba, 100 grs de cerezas, 01 trozo de lechoza, 1.1/2 vaso de agua, azúcar al gusto.
English:
200 grams of guava, 100 grams of cherries, 1 piece of papaya, 1.5 cups of water, sugar to taste.

Una vez listo, lo colé y lo serví en un vaso con mucho hielo, y luego disfruté de este delicioso y nutritivo jugo, que me encantó por su intenso color y su espesa consistencia. No hace falta decir que su valor nutricional es increíble. Espero que te animes a probarlo.
