02 parchitas o maracuyá, 01 banana, 01 zanahoria, azúcar al gusto.

2 passion fruits or maracuyá, 1 banana, 1 carrot, sugar to taste.
Empiezo lavando las frutas, cortando las parchitas por la mitad y sacando la pulpa, luego pelo la banana y la zanahoria. Corto la banana en trozos y rallo la zanahoria.
I start by washing the fruit and cutting the passion fruit in half and removing the pulp, then I peel the banana and carrot. I cut the banana into pieces and grate the carrot.
A continuación preparo el jugo de parchita. Pongo un vaso de agua y la pulpa de las parchitas en la licuadora, lo licuo durante unos segundos para no triturar demasiado las semillas y luego lo cuelo.
Next, I make the passion fruit juice. I put a glass of water and the passion fruit pulp in the blender, blend for a few seconds so as not to grind the seeds too much, then strain it.
