Every drink is healthy for consumption to the body, especially if it's carefully prepared. Banana is a versatile fruit that is used to prepare smoothies and other special drinks.
Banana and orange can give a good healthy mix, drinking it is what i want to try, knowing that it boost immune system, i do not joke with any food or drink that is immune system boosting related at all. Though this combination isn't healthy for people with stomach ailments. So making the drink in a different way it's what i want to carry out in this procedure that am dropping now.
Not forgetting that banana is a dietary fiber, this drink is good in digestion aid and prevention of cancer to mention but a few. This drink has more health benefits that wasn't mentioned.
Making my banana and orange drink
Ingredients
- 2 fingers of banana
- 10g of cashewnut
- 20g of orange
- 90ml of sweetened yoghurt
You can make use of more ingredients if you want more produced, the little i made use of gave me this, it was just for me.
Step one
Peel the banana, place and mash the banana. Keep it aside and peel your orange, then squeeze out its juice.
Step two
Mix the mashed banana and the orange juice together. Scoop the mashed banana with the orange juice into a cup, pour in the yogurt and add in the cashew nuts.
Just like that your healthy drink is ready. An easy way to prepare if the blender isn't handy and it's very healthy even for diabetic patients when taken in moderation. You can try this out for yourself or family. Come join me, let's drink!!
