I'm so happy that this fruit has become a leading agricultural commodity in Asia and all coastal countries. That's coconut.
It's so wonderful can enjoy a masterpiece of the earth and nature that has provide so much for humanity. Therefore, there still coconuts available to enjoy. But do you know what the most delicious coconut in the world is? The correct answer; coconut water during a super hot and warm summer!
Coconut in Thailand is so different. I am truly amazed, really. The taste, aroma, and texture are different. It's sweeter, fresher, and slight hint of pandan. I'm a little familiar with this type of coconut, as we usually call it pandan coconut. For those who are a little bother by the smell, it can be a bit of a challenge, but once you get used to it, this coconut is a very welcome choice.
For just 50 baht, I got a fairly large coconut that my thirst. I bought coconut water and a bit of coconut flesh, which the vendor have scraped off. When I receive the coconut water, it very cold, and that's the normal coldness of coconut water. It felt like it come straight out of the refrigerator.
I enjoy the coconut water in Ayutthaya, in front of a historical temple in Ayutthaya, which so crowded with people, especially foreign tourists with enjoy the many foods, drinks, and street food. I only tried the coconut water cause I really extremely thirsty.
The weather in Ayutthaya is hot and windy, so I need something refreshing and thirst quench. Furthermore, coconut water contains ions and is a natural energy drink with many electrolyte, its means will help you feel fresh and refreshed.
Call me Isdarmady, sometimes Mady, Putra or anything you want. I have a pretty long name but call me very nicely. There are many things I like, especially hydroponics and coffee, sometimes I also like traveling and eating whatever I want. Life should be like that, there must be many things you like so you can live well.
