This juice is most loved during summer days because it helps keep our body cool. It is the best thing to drink in the afternoon during the hot summer days.
Watermelon is a treasure trove of all minerals. In the summer season, it is beneficial for both children and adults. Regularly drinking watermelon or its juice during the summer will prevent your body from getting dehydrated. The electrolytes, carbohydrates, and minerals present in it provide strength to the body.
Ingredients✅
1- 4 cups watermelon (seeded and cubed)
2- 1 tablespoon lime juice
3- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
4- Ice cubes (optional)
5- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions✅
1- Remove the seeds from the watermelon and cut it into cubes.
2- Place the watermelon cubes in a blender.
3 - Add lime juice and sugar (if using).
4 - Blend until smooth.
5-Pour the juice into glasses over ice cubes if desired.
6- Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing watermelon juice
