Hi @sirenahippie, the one we have looks totally different. I've not seen these flowers. It has quite a lot on one stem. Looks like I won't be able to make this.
About the kefir smoothie, thank you, I've wondering what to do with the photos :)
This is the Hibiscus flower, perhaps belongs to the same family, but it only has one flower on a stem.

        Here, in Venezuela, there are many of those flowers too, and yes, that flower is from the same family, but it doesn't work for this recipe. That flower can be used to make a tea that is relaxing and helps you fall asleep well. It is also used to feed land turtles.
