Today am sharing with you guys the blood tonic I made for my sick son that works more than words can express.
So my son was sick and was taken to hospital where the doctor told us that he has shortage of blood and prescribed something for us which I did but it didn't work so one of my neighbor now ask me to cook this our local blood tonic leaf and I should add beetroot that I will see the magic.
After some days of taking it I took him to hospital again where the doctor was surprise to see how his blood percentage go higher than expected.
One thing I love about this drink is that it doesn't have much dosage and can be taken as tea you can also add you milk or anything you like .
Let's see the ingredients I used
INGREDIENTS USED
10 stems of blood tonic leaves
1 beetroot
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first wash my local blood tonic leaf after washing like two to three times I will now put them into my pot add water and cook I will cook till is red in color.
While waiting for my blood tonic to get done I will now peel my beetroot wash and ground it.
After grounding I will now add my beetroot into my blood tonic leaf allow to cook for some minutes I will now bring it down.
I will now use my firter and firter it.
Here my hot blood tonic is ready.
Note: this can be enjoyed with milk or drink as tea.
