Oats are one of the ingredients that have a lot of content, carbs, fiber, vitamins, and even protein. Therefore, enjoying oats will make you much fuller. Well because I want something different today I will process oats into a super drink at home that will certainly make you full for much longer.




Apple and Oat Smoothies

Apple and oat smoothies are one of the processed drinks from apples that are very good for consumption. The combination of the main ingredients of oats, milks and also apples gives an extraordinary sensation. I also add a little roasted peanuts to make the smoothies even more delicious and of course very soft and creamy when enjoyed.

This drink recipe itself I prepared enough for two servings of drinks yes. But if you want a really thick texture, you can just add a little water so that you get the texture you want. Here, I made it for 2 people and anyway I wanted something not too thick because I will keep it in the refrigerator for a while to get the cold temperature I want.




Ingredients

30 grams oats
1 apple
30 grams peanuts
150 ml water
100 ml liquid milk
1 spoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt




Making Procedure


Peel the apple into small pieces and do wash it.

Then prepare the oats then add the cut apple.

Add roasted peanut then add sugar and salt.

Finally add milk and then blend until smooth and creamy.

Taraaa!!! It's pretty, the color is quite appealing, and also the final look I prepared in my favorite glass. You can also add whatever toppings you want here. Since I didn't have any other fruit toppings I just prepared it simply for me to enjoy later in the day when the weather gets hot.

It's thick, sweet, and the combination of ingredients is very balens. At first I was hesitant to add peanuts to this but the ground nuts gave it an authentic flavor.

It's hard to describe but it's very tasty, the aroma of oats and nuts gives a distinctive flavor plus the sweetness of the apple is enough to make this smoothies even more delicious. Try it and you'll love this drink!, You and your family will surely love this healthy and nutritious drink, perfect for your breakfast preparation.

This is a very good drink because it contains oats, this could be a good source of a meal and a drink too. This would really makes us fuller and makes us enjoy the benefits of oats and the rest of the ingredients.
