Apple, Carrot and Tomato Smoothies

Smothies derived from various natural fruits from nature are always the target of many people, especially when the juice has many benefits for your body's health, surely you will always prepare it at home.




Fresh fruit preparations in the form of apples and a mixture of tomatoes and carrots have a very fresh taste and a lot of benefits that are well received by many people. These three simple fruits, who would have thought to have so many benefits for your body. Well these three fruits are believed to have good content for those of you who want to do a pregnancy program by regularly enjoying smothies of these three types of ingredients.

Its properties make many people want to drink it. In addition, enjoying this drink regularly is also able to lose excessive weight. But still regularly exercise and eat healthy foods. Well as a drink that I always consume this drink becomes my mainstay usually at breakfast or lunch time. Well curious not with the preparation steps to make the smothies very easy, below!.




Ingredients Used

  • ½ apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato



Making Procedure


Step 1


Peel the apple and carrot and cut into small pieces. Also prepare the tomatoes, then wash the pieces thoroughly.

Step 2


Put in a blender, then add 100 ml aoe.

Step 3


Blend until smooth until everything is perfectly crushed, well if you want a sweet taste, bole add sugar.

Natural smothies from fresh apples, carrots and tomatoes are ready to be served in my serving glass. Look how very refreshing these smooties are, the color is very bright, the sweetness is slightly sour from both ingredients, it doesn't make me feel nauseous at all, it tastes very good and fits on the tongue. But for those of you who don't like carrots, this will taste different to you.

When scooping the smothies, the thickness is just right, because in my opinion smoothies should be a bit thick so that all the ingredients are felt. And you know for the apple, I usually use a green apple so it tastes better.

Hello, the combination of these three fruits is interesting. Although tomatoes are considered a vegetable in culinary terms, I'm curious because you have two fruits that are very rich in fiber, apart from their other nutrients, and another that is high in vitamin C.
