The deliciousness of milk with sweet corn mix makes this drink irresistible. This drink is my favorite drink, where corn is processed with fullcream milk. Like corn juice with milk.
Creamy and very delicious, the sweetness makes it even more spectacular.

Well processed corn milk like this is incomplete without adding pandan leaves. This is so that the pandan aroma is more flavorful and makes the combination of corn and pandan a wonderful touch.

Maybe many of you often process corn into food or even sponge cake like I did yesterday. Well today processing corn into a delicious warm drink makes me very enthusiastic. And you know this can be spent in just a moment, curious about the taste let's see the step by step preparation.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams corn
  • 500 ml full cream milk
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

For the ingredients you can use any type of milk, well the one I use here is fullcream milk. As for corn, I suggest using fresh ones so that it is fresher and the flavor of the milk is more delicious.

Making Procedure

Blend the corn with the milk until everything is completely blended.

Simple corn milk with pandan leaf aroma is ready to serve. I think it's spectacularly like enjoying a creamier version of corn porridge with full cream milk mixed in. It's very tasty and definitely fits my tongue, I'm a big fan of corn so to be processed into anything from it is amazing.

For those of you who want to process corn into fresh drinks, you can try this recipe. For the milk, if you are vegan, you can replace it with vegan milk such as almonta milk or other milk. Do it according to your taste, happy trying the recipe.

I still imagine it's something like milk with corn syrup :D

It looks something like that

This is the first time I've seen this recipe with corn. As you say, we mostly use it for eating, but not like this, as a drink. Interesting! Thanks for sharing this recipe. Best regards.

Yeah it was so delicious I never imagined it before.

Can I use cornflower instead of corn? Is there any alternative to pandan leaf? What does the leaf play role for this drink?

I'm not sure it will taste the same as fresh corn.

The pandan leaves just make the aroma more fragrant, you can use liquid vanilla or others.

Thanks for your suggestions.
