I want to ask, why didn't you sieve it? My reason for asking is because it's my first time making smoothies like this but with different fruits and I sieved mine. Is that okay or it's based on one's preference? I think I like this your own and I would try it, too and see the difference.

Sieve ke? That means I've removed the fiber in them. So, I love taking them that way to enjoy all the nutrients.
For smoothie, I don't think you'll sieve them at all, except you want juice. But some don't even sieve the juice. They just enjoy everything like me. 😂
