Hello Amazing Drinks friends. I hope you are very well today I bring you my preparation of 3 in 2 Juice which I had some time without taking it. Although at least once a week I eat carrots and beets in cooked salad I wanted to use these same vegetables but in another way of preparation. Besides that carrots are at a very good price, I took the opportunity to buy a good amount hehe.
Jugo tres en 1 🥕🟣🍊/Three in 1 juice 🥕🟣🍊
Ingredientes:/Ingredients:
🥕🥕2 zanahorias./🥕🥕2 carrots.
🟣1 remolacha grande./🟣1 large beet.
🍊1 naranja./🍊1 orange.
🥄6 cucharadas de azúcar./🥄6 tablespoons sugar.
🥛1,5 Lt de agua./🥛1,5 Lt of water.

Preparación:/Preparation:
Paso 1: Pelear las dos zanahorias y la remolacha para cortarlas en cuadritos.
Step 1: Peel the two carrots and the beet to cut them into squares.
Paso 2: Luego se coloca los cuadritos de zanahoria y de remolacha en la licuadora agregando 1 litro de agua y licuar.
Step 2: Then place the carrot and beet squares in the blender adding 1 liter of water and blend
Paso 3: Colar la mezcla y agregar 0,5 litros de agua.
Step 3: Strain the mixture and add 0.5 liters of water.
Paso 4: Agregar el zumo de la naranja a la mezcla.

Paso 5 : Incorporar las 6 cucharadas de azúcar al jugo.
Step 5: Add the 6 tablespoons of sugar to the juice.
Y listo. Conociendo los beneficios y propiedades tanto de la zanahoria como la remolacha y de la naranja este jugo es excelente.
Este jugo tres en uno tiene buen sabor, buen color además es muy buena opción y es recomendable para subir la hemoglobina.
