Hoy les comparto la preparación de un jugo de guanábana; hace unos días fui a visitar a una amiga que tiene una mata en su casa, estaba cargada y casualmente había una guanábana madura; ella me la regaló así que, me dispuse a preparar este jugo en casa, la guanábana tenía un peso aproximado de un kilo y rindió para cinco vasos de delicioso jugo.

El jugo de guanábana es muy delicioso, pero yo lo consumo solamente si yo lo preparo, no me gusta consumirlo preparado fuera de casa porque necesita de mucha higiene para prepararlo, ya que no es como el resto de las frutas que solamente hay que lavarla, y cortarla; aquí es un proceso donde debe extraerse las semillas de la fruta y se hace directamente con las manos;por eso solo lo consumo si yo lo preparo Jajaja .

El proceso es un poco fastidioso, quizás hasta engorroso; pero vale la pena porque el resultado es un jugo sumamente delicioso; les muestro la preparación

Today I'm going to share with you how to make soursop juice. A few days ago, I went to visit a friend who has a soursop tree in her yard. It was loaded with fruit, and coincidentally, there was a ripe soursop. She gave it to me, so I decided to make this juice at home,the soursop weighed approximately one kilo and yielded five glasses of delicious juice.

Soursop juice is very delicious, but I only drink it if I make it myself. I don't like to drink it when it's made outside the home because it requires a lot of hygiene to prepare, since it's not like other fruits that you just have to wash and cut. Here, you have to remove the seeds from the fruit, and you do it directly with your hands, which is why I only drink it if I make it myself, ha ha ha.

The process is a bit tedious, perhaps even cumbersome, but it's worth it because the result is an extremely delicious juice. Let me show you how to prepare it.

PROCEDIMIENTO

Después de lavar muy bien la guanábana, la corté a la mitad y comencé a extraer las semillas una por una; cuando hube terminado con este proceso llevé la pulpa a la licuadora, agregué la cantidad de agua necesaria, licué fuertemente hasta que todo estuvo homogéneo .

En mi caso particular no me gusta pasar este jugo por una coladora porque se pierde toda la pulpa Jajaja; así que, trato en el proceso de extraer la semilla de que no quede ninguna y, si queda alguna la retiro con una cucharilla después de haberlo licuado, agregué un poco de azúcar porque la guanábana estaba bastante dulce.

PROCEDURE

After washing the soursop thoroughly, I cut it in half and began to remove the seeds one by one. When I had finished this process, I put the pulp in the blender, added the necessary amount of water, and blended it thoroughly until everything was smooth.

In my case, I don't like to strain this juice because you lose all the pulp, ha ha ha. So, I try to remove all the seeds during the process, and if any remain, I remove them with a teaspoon after blending. I added a little sugar because the soursop was quite sweet.
