Potato dal is a very healthy food. It has many nutritional properties. It helps us in digestion and helps in relieving constipation. Required Ingredients
300 grams of potatoes
Three Onion
Two Tomatoes
Six to seven green chilies
Coriander leaves
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Jeera paste
Salt
Chili powder
Turmeric
One egg
Water
How to make it
- First, wash and chop the tomatoes, coriander leaves, onion, and green chilies thoroughly.
2 . Then boil the potatoes well and separate the potato skins. Mash the potatoes well.
- Once the potatoes are well mashed, add some water to make a light paste.
- Then take onion, green chili and turmeric salt in a bowl, break an egg there and make an egg mixture.
- Then pour soybean oil into a bowl, pour the egg mixture into it, and fry the egg well, being careful to ensure that the inside of the egg is cooked well.
- Then place another pot on the stove and pour soybean oil into it. Then pour in the chopped onion and stir well. After stirring for a while, add chili powder, turmeric, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, and cumin paste and stir well.
- Then, when the onions are well fried, add the green chilies and tomatoes and stir well.
- When the tomatoes are well cooked and almost mixed with the onion, pour the previously prepared boiled potato paste into them and stir continuously.
- After stirring like this, when the potato paste becomes thick, add some water to it and then stir for a while.
- Add the pre-fried eggs and chopped coriander leaves. Now, after waiting, remove the pot from the stove.
11.So, the cooking is almost done, now it's time to serve!Finally, I decorated the potato dal beautifully in a bowl.
