Eating meals as a family or group is more satisfying than eating alone.
We Burmese usually eat three meals called breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
When we eat like that, the food tastes bad, but if we eat together as a family, it's good to eat.
Today is a picture of a family meal.
The people eating in the picture are my brother and sisters.
This is the lunch that I serve when my brother and sisters come to visit my home.
The dishes in the picture are fried pork, fried chicken, fried fish, chicken curry, pork soup, Bean curry, vegetables catsup, Tomato juice and sauce.
I don't cook and eat such perfect dishes every day.
This is fried and served only when guests come.
The food is also perfect, and when the family eats together, it's a delicious and fun round of rice.

အစားအစာတွေကို တယောက်တည်း စားသောက်ရတာထက် မိသားစုလိုက် သို့မဟုတ် အဖွဲ့လိုက် စားသောက်ရသည်က ပိုမို စားမြိန်စေပါတယ်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့ မြန်မာတွေသည် တစ်နေ့လျှင် မနက်စာ၊ နေ့စာ၊ ညစာ ဟူ၍ သုံးကြိမ် စားသောက်လေ့ရှိကြပါသည်။
ထိုသို့ စားသောက်သောအခါ အစားအစာတွေ အရသာမကောင်းသော်လည်း မိသားစုအဖွဲ့လိုက် အတူတူ စားသောက်ကြရလျှင် စားကောင်းစေပါသည်။
ယနေ့ ဖော်ပြပေးသည်ကတော့ မိသားစုထမင်းဝိုင်း တခု ပုံပါ။
ပုံထဲမှာ စားနေကြသူများသည် ကျွန်တော်၏ ညီ၊ညီမများ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ကျွန်တော်တို့ နေထိုင်ရာအိမ် သို့ ညီ ညီမများ အလည်အပတ်လာရောက်ကြချိန်မှာ တည်ခင်းကျွေးမွေးသော နေ့လည်စာ ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ပုံထဲမှ ဟင်းလျာများမှာ ဝက်သားကြော်၊ ကြက်သားကြော်၊ ငါးကြော်၊ ကြက်သားဟင်း၊ ဝက်သားစွပ်ပြုတ်၊ ပဲဟင်း၊ ဟင်းသီးဟင်းရွက်ချဉ်ရည်၊ ခရမ်းချဉ်သီးဖျော် နှင့် Sauce ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
ဤကဲ့သို့ စုံလင်လှသော ဟင်းအမယ်များကို ကျွန်တော်သည် နေ့တိုင်း ကြော်ချက်ကာ မစားဖြစ်ပါ။
ဧည့်သည်များ လာလည်မှသာလျှင် ဤသို့ ကြော်ချက်ကာ ကျွေးခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
စားစရာကောင်းများကလည်း စုံလင်လှပြီး မိသားစုအဖွဲ့လိုက် အတူတူ စားကြရသောအခါ အရသာရှိပြီး ပျော်စရာကောင်းသော ထမင်းဝိုင်းပါပဲဗျာ။
