Today, being the last day of the league stage in the Champions League, got me up earlier than I planned. I had a crazy night with the power supply out and intense heat all around. I couldn't sleep, and my head ached badly, reminding me why it needed its rest. But, I just couldn't sleep. I fought hard against it and helped cool down my body with constant visits to the shower. But, it still didn't help much.
It would have been better if I had a bathtub, I imagined how I was going to fill it moderately with water so that I could sleep in it. Also, I thought about the sound of the wind and felt it deep down my gut. Though imagined, I let the feeling take over me, and with the sound of water around me, I am reminded of the waves of the sea. It made me feel at home, and before I knew it, I drifted up to sleep, though it was already dawn when I did.
Still, I woke up early because I had planned a day earlier to go for a walk, but first, I did some home cleaning, washing and cooking before washing up and enjoying the home cooked meal. After that, I relaxed a bit and watched a movie while I ate before coming online to have some work done.
After working for a long while, I took a nap around noon, keeping in mind that I needed to take a walk soon. And that soon arrived shortly after. The walk away from my room to the real world of beeping cars and bike riders made me stretch my limbs well as I walked through the crowded area. It was a two hour walk, though my actifit app seems not to have recorded much of it. At the end of the walk, I bought sugarcane and did a little grocery shopping for tomorrow's meal.
Back home, I arranged things and got myself ready for the Champions League match today, which was 9:00 pm my time. I am still on it, and my eyes are on the table to see if Liverpool stays first or Barca moves them down to second. A lot of goals are already flying around from the 18 football matches today. I can't wait to see how it will turn out to be.

Thanks for reading.
Peace be unto those who crave it and more to those who chase it away.
