Getting active
I have been getting to the gym most days and this week I plan to hit it everyday.
Today I did arms and swimming.
I can't take pictures of the swimming.
Here at the gym I can earn weekly rewards and it fits in nicely with the actifit app apart from the swimming.
I took my dog Bella for several walks as I was local today.
I didn't get much time near a computer so I'm running late with my Hive activities.
I have to fit in a new marketing client which is causing a few time issues but it's cool I will have it in a routine soon.
It is important for me to make sure I am working on me everyday.
I can't do anything to change others they have to do that for themselves, we all have places we need to improve.
