I went down to the bank and the post office and on the way back I went shopping.
I did a lot of the work in my house where I had many services to do and then going back and forth on the PC in the room area where you had to install some software for my cousin.

Nella giornata di oggi siamo stati limitati nell'attività fisica perché c'è stata una recrudescenza del caldo con punte elevate di umidità.
Sono sceso per andare in banca e alla posta ed al ritorno sono andato a fare la spesa.
Un bel po' dell'attività l'ho svolta in casa dove avevo molti servizi da fare e poi andando avanti ed indietro sul PC nell'area stanza dove dovevi installare alcuni software per mia cugina.
Infine invio un caloroso saluto a tutti i pionieri della blockchain di Hive e agli indomiti appassionati di attività fisica di Actifit che affrontano questa estate di caldo record senza aver paura di sudare.
