Breakfast was a millet porridge with pecans, dried cranberries and blueberries. I added some nutmeg. My wife had it with a dollop of yogurt while I had mine with honey. Took the dog to the trail. It was a cool and clear day again. We did a regular walk of a mile and a quarter.
Moved some more wood chips when I got home. The garden is almost completely covered by chips now. I was hoping I might have chips left to do a compost heap, but I believe the chips will just about cover the garden with little extra. Lunch was the chicken, beans and rice my wife made up last night.
Went with the dog. It was a longer walk than in the morning, we almost did two miles. We went in a different direction than usual. It looked like the caretakers for the trail had used a brush cutter to take down the plants along the edge. Dinner was steak and eggs with salsa. I had a dollop of sour cream and my wife a dollop of yogurt. We watched some episodes of Only Murders in the Building. Then we watched some YouTube videos. We started the Lord of the Rings with the first movie. Anyway, thanks for reading.
