Breakfast was scrambled eggs and cheese with ham and salsa. Went to the trail. Pushed it to the first stop sign heading west and then to the second stop sign. It was a good walk and almost two miles all together.
Lunch was some of the leftover galumpki from last night. We had cornbread on the side with it. We watched some YouTube videos while we ate. Vanilla ice cream was dessert. I went up to watch videos while my wife made an apron in her sewing room.
Didn’t go to the trail for the afternoon since it was too hot. Dinner was a stir fry with spinach, peppers, broccoli and water chestnuts along with shrimp. I warmed up some leftover rice to mix it with. My wife and I sat on the porch awhile after watching a movie. Anyway, thanks for reading.
