Breakfast was a slice of toast using home baked bread and almond butter. Just walked the dog in the backyard. I worked on the computer while my wife went up to work on her sewing.
Lunch was leftover beans and veggies and I fried some ground turkey to go with it. I added rice and salsa and wrapped it in a tortilla. We watched an episode of Evil. Then I worked on some computer projects.
Dinner was baked salmon with dill. I cooked some quinoa and we had cucumber on the side. We watched the movie Fall Guy. Anyway, thanks for reading.
